Semiconductor Fabrication Support Engineer/Physicist - 1081134

ABOUT
THIS POSITION

KBRwyle is seeking an Engineer or Physicist with
semiconductor processing experience. The selected candidate will apply his or
her knowledge in various semiconductor manufacturing processes such as
photolithography, wet/dry etching, electroplating and metallization, engaging
in cutting-edge research for high-performance materials and transistor designs
on-site at the Air Force Research Laboratory. The selected candidate will be expected to
fabricate electronic devices on multiple material technology nodes as an active
team member while contributing to cleanroom tool upkeep and operation. SEM and FIB capabilities may be utilized for
fabrication analysis. This position is located at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensor
Directorate, Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Materials
Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or other related fields. Research
experience is desired.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in
Photolithography and process optimization is required. Experience in
semiconductor function and fabrication is required. Experience in electrical characterization of
RF transistor or power switch transistors and PCM testing is desired. GaN
transistor technology experience is desired.

The selected applicant must meet eligibility requirements
for a DoD Secret security clearance, as well as the Air Force Research
Laboratory requirements to access Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
