Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional Sales Support Assistant to complement their team based at London Heathrow.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual’s to join an existing progressive team. The role is to be the key support for the sales team and the successful candidate will need to be commercially aware and understand how to prepare complex quotes, while having excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Previous experience within a sales administration position
· The ability to prepare quotations
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Handling day to day customer enquiries via email and phone
· Offering advice and guidance to customers when required
· Assist with quotations and proposals
· Ensuring specific project requirements are met
· Liaising with all departments
· Preparing complex project quotations for the sales team
· Protecting customer data securely
· Creating and maintaining internal database
· Spotting potential opportunities to increase sales
