Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximising of market share, sales and profits, you will effectively lead the field personnel within the designated territory with the objectives of continuing to grow and develop the existing client base.
Responsibilities will include reviewing of the sales pipeline on a regular basis and providing feedback to the Management and the team. You will be accountable to ensure that sales staff are performing on a daily and weekly basis as well as designing and recommending sales and marketing programs to meet short and long term sales targets. Your role will be the coordination and overseeing of advertising and promotional campaigns within set budgets will be essential along with identifying and developing interline opportunities in both on-line and off-line markets.
You will be accountable for the strategic direction of QR's Corporate/Trade/Leisure sales and defining the optimal way to increase sales. You will also be responsible for delivering set revenue targets for the station.
You will lead by example and will recruit, train develop and discipline team members to ensure a high level of service delivery in meeting a common goal.
