Sales Manager role - Europe, Dublin HQ

CAE Parc aviation are currently recruiting for a renowned MRO service provider, providing accessory support for engines and airframes. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager who must possess a comprehensive technical understanding of the Aviation MRO sector and associated sales channels, while having sound business sense, aptitude and good communication skills

The person should possess an aggressive, energetic style, dealing with both success and failure evenly. A total commitment to deliver on the sales plan together with recognition of travel requirements as necessary to assure success.

The person should be able to work closely and constructively with the global sales/ business development teams to leverage global relationships and strategies.

Responsibilities

- Own and meet/exceed annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base and market share .

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

- Negotiate contract agreements that deliver customer value and support business financial targets.

- Support the procurement of engine and components in support of USM activity.

- Work with global sales, business development teams to deliver business requirements.

Requirements and skills

- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets

- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

- Proven ability to position products against competitors.

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
