Our client based in Shannon is seeking a sales Representative to join their growing team

Key Responsibilities

The new Sales Representative will join one of the top Aerospace sales teams in the industry. Our clients team functions as a collaborative unit where achievement of both individual and team goals are rewarded. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with existing key strategic accounts; providing on-going world class customer service.
  • Sourcing and developing new customer relationships; developing and delivering customer sales presentations to new customer prospects.
  • Forecasting and achieving aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Clearly communicating & presenting our clients value proposition to customers, potential customers and partners. Represent the organization in a positive manner as the company's external sales contact.
  • Development & deployment of sales initiatives and programs to achieve sales goals.
  • Developing quote/bid packages and negotiating customer contracts.
  • Actively works with Company Executive Management on design and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Keeps current on competitive products, pricing and industry market trends.

  • Self-Managing - effective at working independently; does not require someone to tell him/her what to do; disciplined, with a tenacity to follow through.

Experience/Requirements

  • Experience in selling aerospace oriented products; Engine and airframe parts sales experience a strong plus.
  • Experience working with a broad range of customers and dealing in complex business matters.
  • Experience in selling to airlines, MROs, brokers, military, OEMs or similar customers required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overall sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel frequently if needed.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
