The successful candidate will have Knowledge of:
- Standards and UK National requirements and provisions on aviation safety management;
- Safety investigation techniques; and human factors in aviation
- Air Operations and Continuing Airworthiness regulations
Relevant and documented work experience, preferably in a comparable position, in:
- Management systems including compliance monitoring systems and safety management;
- Hazard identification, risk analysis and management;
Other suitable competencies
- The promotion of a positive safety culture;
- Interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Data management, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Professional integrity.
