BaseLine on behalf of client require a Reliability and Repetitive Defects engineer
 
Duties :
 
• Develop, Manage applicable reliability program;
• Create Engineering Orders;
• Assist in troubleshooting aircraft systems including Avionics;
 • Control and evaluate repetitive / chronic defects;
• Initiate necessary additional MP Tasks and implement them;
• Ensure that applicable requirements of AIR OPS Subpart D are complied with the aircraft;
• Maintain Aircraft Build in OASES - ATA structure and positions;
• Maintain part numbers and part interchangeability information in OASES and advise to Logistics when required;
• Control the Avionic hardware & software configuration status of the fleet;
• Configure the avionics of the new a/c for acceptance into the fleet;
• Update and prepare Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) document;
• Evaluate and control repetitive/chronic defects for Airbus A320 family aircraft;
• Assist in developing and improving the internal processes associated with controlling repetitive defects;
• Assist TOC and contracted Line Maintenance AMOs with trouble shooting aircraft systems;
• Lead and participate in various Engineering Department projects;
• Any other duties required by the Engineering Manager.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
• University degree or hold a maintenance Technician EASA B1 and or B2 licence or through assessment of competence prove sufficient knowledge to interpret maintenance; documentation;
• Show competence to prove sufficient knowledge to interpret maintenance requirements into maintenance tasks;
• Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations, Part-145 and Part-M.
• Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information;
• Good Avionics skills;
• At least 2 years of experience with an air carrier, commercial operator;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Good communication skills;
• Time organization skills and ability to set priorities.
