Missiles and Fire Control is seeking new graduates for Reliability Engineering positions in Orlando, FL!

In this Reliability Engineering position, you’ll be influencing system design to ensure that the system is reliable, maintainable, and ready to support the warfighter. Reliability Engineering job duties for this position include the performance of Reliability modeling, Stress Analyses Predictions and physics of failure analyses, execution of Failure Analysis and Corrective Action and participation in FRB activities, performance of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) per MIL-STD-1629, development and execution of reliability test plans and procedures, and participation in design reviews and customer briefings.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college

Active Secret security clearance w/ 5-year investigation

Good written and oral communication skills.

Strong technical skills and willingness to learn.
Desired Skills:
System and subsystem test experience to include Test Plan development, completing HALT and accelerated aging testing.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and work with Reliability software tools

Ability to make formal presentations to large groups and be able to interact well in a team atmosphere with engineers, subcontractors, program managers and customers

Effective analytical problem solving skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
