Recruitment Business Partner Hours: 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday / 8am to 2pm Fridays
The Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join their dedicated on-site team, working within the HR office of a global aerospace company. This role is to facilitate and co-ordinate effective recruitment and selection processes around the business; ensuring applicants and management receive a timely and efficient service.

*Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills *Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workloads *A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection *A confident, professional and pro-active attitude *The ability to work under pressure and meet targets *The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team *Computer literate; specifically with Microsoft Office
*To attract the best talent in the market through the provision of a cost-effective and innovative recruitment and selection service *Liaise with other UK group companies regarding recruitment campaigns *Manage, plan and design recruitment advertisements and handle "kick start" meetings with the hiring managers *Arranging and co-ordinating the interviews of candidates up to Director level *Assisting with the on-site contract/temporary Shorterm Group workforce *Working within agreed KPIs and SLA *Monthly/quarterly presentations to provide feedback to Senior Managers against SLA *Building and developing good relationships with 2nd tier agencies to fill vacancies *Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements *Weekly MTP & gap analysis meetings
*Previous experience of working in recruitment/HR *Knowledge of recruitment and selection procedures *Knowledge and general awareness of equality and diversity issues in the working environment *Understanding of employment legislation and immigration law
