Established in 2004, Aero Inspection is an aircraft redelivery management company with in-house EASA Part 145 approval, EASA Part 21G approval, EASA Part21 J approval, and pending EASA CAMO approval . There is currently a requirement for an experienced quality manager to ensure that high standards are maintained as the company evolves.
Description:
The successful candidate will join the Aero Inspection and upon successful completion of required training and assessment, will become the quality manager for the group. The candidate will take control of the existing quality assurance system and build a new quality assurance system for Aero Inspection to achieve approval as an EASA approved CAMO.

Duties and Responsibilities
Q Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards
Q Carry out Quality Audits as part of our audit cycle on all divisions
Q Maintain all the above approvals in accordance with EASA and FAA regulations
Q Maintain the quality feedback system to oversee the handling of occurrences.
Q Liaise with the IAA & EASA on Quality related matters.
Q Develop MOE/DOE/POE for expansion as the company needs new approvals or as regulation changes require it.
Q Draft Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Exposition (CAME)
Q Main point of contact to deal with the aviation authority for CAMO approval.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in a quality assurance role
- Experience working with at least two of the following areas
- EASA Part 145/EASA Part 21G/EASA Part 21J/EASA Part M
- EASA Part 66 Licence or Honours Degree in Engineering or similar field of study.
- Experience writing expositions
- Experience dealing with competent authorities
- Previous Form 4 Holder Experience preferable
Candidate profile:
- Must be numerate, diligent, and thorough.
- Have a solid understanding of initial and continuing airworthiness regulations
· Capable of working independently and under own initiative.
- Have strong organisational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Flexible for travel.
· Valid approval to work in the EU is essential.
