Our client offers reliable and intelligent logistic solutions within the North and Baltic Seas, we have been engaged to search and identify a motivated and knowledgeable Quality Manager working with Part 145 and CAMO.

 

This is a Permanent role and as such you should already have the working and living rights for the European Union.

 

Role: Part 145 Quality Manager

Based: Germany (North)

Salary: Competitive

  • Quality manager for the areas Part-145 and CAMO according to NfL 2-274-16, AMC 1 ORO.GEN.200, MA 712 and 145.A.30
  • Planning, development, and maintenance of a quality assurance system considering the regulations 1321/2014 and 965/2012 and national requirements
  • Maintenance of the manuals CAME and MOE
  • Maintenance of a feedback system to the ACM to ensure the implementation of any necessary corrective measures
  • Ensuring that recommendations from audits are carried out, carried out by the competent authority and / or on behalf of a customer, followed up and reported back in an appropriate manner
  • Securing all reports of incidents related to airworthiness and maintenance errors
  • Coordination of all external quality controls and tracking of the resulting findings and recommendations
  • Audits as part of the company's audit plan, regulations, and contractual provisions, including monitoring of corrective measures
  • Check that all activities under subsection G are carried out in accordance with the approved procedures
  • Ensuring that all contractually agreed maintenance is carried out in accordance with the contract
  • Control of continuous compliance with the provisions of Part-M / Part-145
  • Creation of audit reports and documentation of deviations found
  • Archiving of documents in connection with the audits carried out
  • Communication with the national authorities, such as LBA
Requirements

  • Technical training or studies, preferably in the field of aviation
  • Proven, several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as relevant operational experience with quality and management systems in aviation
  • Good expertise in air quality assurance and auditing
  • Knowledge of national, European, and international laws and regulations related to the functional area
    • Knowledge of regulations 1321/2014 and 965/2012
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Very good spoken and written English and German skills
  • Rotary experience is desirable
