Quality Engineer required for an aerospace workshop facility in Essex. Must have previous aviation workshop related experience.
This will be a contract role initially, to start ASAP. There may be the opportunity for a permanent role later in 2021 (still TBC).

Main responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:
· Review incoming paperwork
· Conduct Quality audits in support of the ongoing Quality audit program as required.
· Compile and manage Non-Conformance reporting.
· Review final paperwork prior to release

Ideal candidate profile:
· Aviation off aircraft/workshop Quality experienced.
· Experience and understanding of ISO9001 Quality Systems - AS9100/AS9110 would be desirable.
· Previous experience of Quality aspects and process implementation.
· Good communication skills.
· Knowledge and experience of using MS Office (Word and Excel).
