Position Summary

Process and maintain all official documents in a timely manner, such as new drawings, revisions of drawings, reports, specifications, and customer documents, tool calibration, company metrics, receipt of incoming goods, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures.
  • Meet personal goals and workplace expectations.
  • Receiving, editing and profiling these documents electronically into the electronic document management system.
  • Maintaining the calibration database as well as coordinating calibration activities and maintaining the quality/production stamp database.
  • Non-conformance system coordination and reporting.
  • Review content of new or edited controlled documents for format, editorial errors or conflicts to the existing Quality System.
  • Alert affected personnel to newly released and changed controlled documents.
  • Manage scanning and storage of company documents.
  • Auditing of products or to company procedures as requested.
  • Retrieve and provide copies of records upon request.
  • Produce metrics and requested reports based on provided data.
  • Receiving inspection of incoming packages.
  • Assisting guests badge in facility and support customer visits as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience within a document control environment.
  • Aerospace and manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Experience reading blueprints and/or engineering drawings preferred.
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

Pay Transparency

The salary information is a general guideline only. A wide range of factors are considered when extending an offer, such as job-related knowledge and skills, qualifications, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations.  Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. 

California pay range
$20$25 USD
