Join the development of the new Hypersonic Conventional Strike Weapon (HCSW): a new air-launched weapon system will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production and deployment of the weapon system.
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to direct a team of systems engineers to develop hypersonic technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to conflict. In this role you will work directly with the Team Lead, and all System Engineering leads on the program to successfully execute the HCSW program.
As the Project Engineer you will:
• Support the System Engineering Integration and Test IPT lead in planning and execution of SEIT SEIT work scope to include developing chart packages, scheduling events, coordination across IPTs and sites, planning and running meetings, providing and tracking status of SEIT activities, tracking and reporting metrics, and ensuring communication across the program.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
• Direct, oversee, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.
