PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Procurement Officers are required to work for a leading Airline in the UAE

Responsibilities

•  
• To create purchase orders for spares /services and follow up for timely delivery.
• To prepare Sales quotes and Sales Ordersby providing timely feedback to customers.
• Liaise with different internal stakeholders to ensure spares are received in stock .
• Maintain Purchase and sales-related data and prepare dashboard in excel/ PoweBI  for presenting to management .
• Monitor spares level and liaise with planning teams for purchase request .
• Experience in aviation purchase or repair management ,  sale experience will be additional knowledge.
• ERP experience (ideally AMOS)

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent technical degree with 3-5years aviation Procurement experience.
• ERP experience (ideally AMOS) one will be focussed on purchasing one will be focussed on the sales side.
• Advance level MS Excel (graphs, data management is MUST) and PowerBI
• excellent excel skills.
• Must have Aviation experience.

Desirable Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in an airline environment
