Plating operator / Surface treatment in the Aerospace Industry

GATE Europe is looking for a Junior and/or Senior Plating Operator / Surface treatment in aerospace industry

The activities relate to the self-performing of galvanic operations, such as chrome plating, nickel plating, chemical nickel and cadmers.
We work in a 2-shift system. A flexible institution, attentive and collaborative within the entire department ensures that you make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

Function Description
 Carry out galvanic operations, such as chrome plating, nickel plating, etc. on a self-contained basis with instructions and instructions on aircraft parts and products of all kinds and sizes of high-quality materials;
 These activities also include all other work needed to provide the product with a qualitatively very good surface layer. The work consists of masking, pretreatment and demasquering. In addition, process checks must be carried out on the bath line (bath levels, temperature, precipitation / etching rates) regularly;
 Perform all related operations to ensure that all quality requirements within aircraft construction are met.

Job requirements
 Completed technical training (preferably a completed VAPRO B course);
 LBO +, MBO work and thinking level in the field of galvanic operations / chemistry;
 Quality conscious attitude and critical attitude;
 Flexible, enthusiastic setting;
 Prepared to work in a shift service;
 Any experience in galvano (electrolytic processes) is a pré;
 Knowledge of the English language (due to English-language work instructions).
