To be responsible for the coordination of maintenance performed on aircraft carried out by Harrods Aviation, London Luton Airport.

The working hours are an average of 42 per week worked as a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (07:00 - 19:00).

Primary duties and responsibilities:-

  • Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and Technical Services Supervisor.

  • Principal customer point of contact for maintenance requests. 
  • Production planning of customer maintenance inputs in accordance with the Harrods Aviation Maintenance Organisation Exposition.
  • Production of aircraft work packs.
  • Act as point of contact during maintenance inputs, providing updates both internally and externally.
  • Work Pack review and circulation management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager and / or Technical Services Supervisor.
  • Conversant with the Company Procedures and have a good understanding of their content and work within the constraints of the Procedures.
  • Ensure all work carried out complies with the Regulatory Authority, Customer and Company Procedures in force at the time of the work being carried out.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and provide a detailed hand over of any work in progress.

All individuals must be able to demonstrate the following experience and knowledge in order to be considered for the role of Aircraft Maintenance Planning Co-ordinator:-

  • Ability to prioritise workloads whilst multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full training will be provided but the following experience would be desirable:

  • Technical Services experience within a Part 145 environment.

  • Knowledge of EASA Part 145.

  • Experience of business aircraft would be beneficial.

  • 5 year checkable work history
  • Confirmation of right to work in the UK
