Operating in the Base Maintenance side of the Business you will be leading maintenance activities including the carrying out of and certification of inspections, ensuring defect rectification is carried out within the correct procedures as well as supervising a small team setting clear targets and expectations
Responsible for the successful completion of all allocated, planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks within a specified time frame
Demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with aircraft approved data, appropriate company procedures, policies legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance for individual and team maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, company procedures, and regulations.
Effective communication is key in this role.
This position will require you to a shift pattern of 5 on 5 off, 4 on 5 off, 5 on, 4 off.
Technical Skills Required:
An Unrestricted EASA Part-66 Category B1. (B1, must hold a minimum of one type rating in A320 CEO. The NEO rating would be an advantage )
Proven experience at base maintenance and certifying aircraft.
