In this role, you will manage and set guidelines for the team of Performance Officers and Cabin Crew to ensure that every aspect of cabin crew development and daily operational tasks are met. You will provide support and assistance to the Senior Manager, Cabin Services and provide Performance Officers with a forum for ongoing communication and feedback in relation to the attainment of objectives and performance in core competency areas. You will also ensure the standards of the company are met by Cabin Crew.
Specific accountabilities include:
To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelors degree qualification combined with at least seven years of experience related to this role. You will need to have been a Flight Attendant within a supervisory role with a background from business aviation. Two to three years of experience as a Performance Officer is required.
