Job Title: PC21 Egress Maintenance Technician
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. The jobholder is responsible for the training and mentoring activities in respect to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) employees and is responsible for performing scheduled inspections, maintenance and unscheduled rectification of Aircraft Equipment and associated components, Bay support, and activities for the MBES & PC21 Egress Systems. Provides On the Job Training (OJT) function and Production Inspections. Troubleshoots, inspects, removes - installs, repairs, and operates all Egress components and associated support and test equipment.
· Graduate of a military service, or recognised civilian organisation, aircraft technical training institute.
· Possess extensive experience or be graduating from the Royal Saudi Air Force recognised technical training provided by BAE Systems or other recognised civilian organisation.
· Completion of a recognized Egress/Armament trade qualification from Military Service or recognized civilian organisation.
· Mk16CH, Mk16A experience highly desirable although not essential as training will be provided.
