JMC Recruitment are currently working with a successful global on wing and off wing maintenance company who are looking to add a Part Time Logistics Support Agent/ Storekeeper to their expanding team.

 

This is a temporary role based in Hounslow working 2 days a week. 

 

Working within the Stores function of the business you will be responsible for the import and export of aviation engines and ensuring all Customs paperwork and communications are correct. You will also support the Stores department with their daily tasks.

 

Duties include:

·         Loading and unloading engines

·         Handling all Customs related paperwork correctly

·         Keeping all Customs records up to date and accurate at all times

·         Booking parts in and out

·         Tooling

·         Ensuring shelf life and stock levels

·         Carrying out Part 145 Stores Inspections

 

The successful Logistics Support Agent will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes

·         Experience within a Customs import/ export role

·         Able to commit to a part time contract role in Hounslow

·         Hold a valid Stores Stamp 

·         Able to work well with fast paced environment

·         Experience working within a Stores and Logistic Aviation environment

·         Forklift License

·         Strong communication skills
