GOOSE Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in the UK. Our client are currently searching for an experienced Part CAMO Manager to join their management team.

Role summary:
As nominated postholder, the technical manager is to ensure the continuing
airworthiness of all aircraft operated under the AOC of the company in accordance with
the approved Continuing Airworthiness Managing Exposition (CAME), and that all
maintenance work is carried out on time by maintenance in accordance with approved
quality standards and the requirements of the CAA UK.
The technical manager reports directly to the company Accountable Manager.

Required skills/experince:

* Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent and a level of familiarisation of
our clients operative aircraft types
* Relevant EASA and EASA-OPS regulation and CAA UK.
* Minimal of 5 year of experience in Continuing Airworthiness management
and/or Aircraft Maintenance management.
* Excellent skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Overview of Business processes and knowledge of using procedures as working
instruments.

* Good communications skills and crystal-clear verbal and written communication
in English.
* Quality and safety driven mindset
* Proven Leadership capacity, strategic thinking level, motivator and team player
* Empowerment and delegation of tasks, decisive, taking initiatives and
resourceful
* Persuasive, result driven
* Negotiation skills
* Significant high level of stress threshold with the ability to act reasonable during
the most pressed situations
