You will have proven capabilities as a manager with a proactive and flexible approach, pragmatism and the ability to deal with ambiguity. You will need to have the ability to manage continuous organisational change and you your excellent written and verbal communication skill to present clear, well-structured reports / briefs and build good relationships both internally and with external partners.
You will have:
Hands on working experience delivering apprenticeships with a good knowledge of both frameworks and standards including IQA responsibilities.
The ability to confirm and understand part 66 and 147 training standards
Hold are be working towards a recognised NVQ assessors qualification
Vast aviation experience, preferably aircraft engineering
A good working knowledge of EASA part 145 and initial / recurrent development requirements.
Proven experience of coaching and mentoring
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
