Investigate possible third party liability coverage for all accounts involving a motor vehicle collision/accident and completes the necessary steps to secure a lien against all automobile policies involved. Contact law enforcement agencies, including city, state, and county entities, that are involved to obtain auto insurance information including phone calls and accident/incident reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

Required Responsibilities

Conduct internet search for contact information and accident details.

Contact law enforcement agencies, including city, state, and county entities, to obtain auto insurance information and accident/incident reports.

Conduct follow up calls to EMS entities, Hospitals and towing companies and including patients to obtain auto insurance information.

Initiate phone calls to auto insurance agents and adjusters to obtain claim for service dates.

B. Submit medical liens against Third Party Liability Insurance

Prepare lien documents and demand letters

Submit medical liens/demand letters to auto insurance companies when auto claims have been set up.

Work with auto adjusters to provide them with the necessary information.
