Excel are currently seeking an Operations Manager on a permanent basis for our valued client based in Hampshire.

The company are specialists in aircraft fleet support, offering supply, distribution and repair of components, interiors and aircraft parts as part of global operation with sites around the world.

The role will be to oversee operations for the company and manage their development of current and future Part 145 capabilities.  This will involve the management of market strategy, building of customer relationships, control of operational budgets, quality assurance/safety management as well as being involved with the planning and undertaking of works.

As you can tell, this will require someone with an all round operational awareness, ideally with a background within aviation engineering with a good knowledge of procedures, practices and Part 145 legislation.

We are looking for a professional with direct experience of supporting or maintaining aircraft or aircraft components, including planning, scheduling and forecasting who has worked at accountable level in the past, ideally having held Form 4.

In return you will have an excellent opportunity to shape the future direction of the company business by building customer relationships, as well as having an input into the operational management of the company.
