Description:Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant production facilities, administrative processes, facility and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and mistake proofing techniques and may manage or teach training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations relative to Lean Six Sigma applications and methodologies. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, engineering time studies, process cycle times and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for process and facility modifications and revisions to operating procedures. May assist facilities engineers in the planning, design, modification and layout of facilities and equipment. Responsible for successfully attaining Lockheed Martin Black Belt Certification within 18 months from date of hire. Possess ability to facilitate and lead multi-disciplined teams toward continuous improvement goals and objectives. Possess good communication and presentation skills.

The Locale: Camden is a city in southern Arkansas. Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Little Rock, AR. Camden is part of the Timberlands region of Arkansas. Timber, Oil, Deer Hunting, Bass fishing... These are words commonly used when people talk about the Timberlands of Arkansas. Must have successfully completed Green Belt training or equivalent related training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and skill levels.
Self starter with disciplined work ethics.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and applications.
Possess ability to facilitate and lead multi-disciplined teams toward continuous improvement goals and objectives with follow through to sustain process improvements.
Good communication and presentation skills adjustable to all levels of the company.
Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Basic skill set associated with CAD, Auto CAD, Pro-E or related drawing programs.
This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Lockheed Martin Black Belt Certification, or equivalent with 3-5 years professional experience.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, AutoCad and Process Simulation Models.
Possess good communication and presentation skills
