SUMMARY:

Provide Administrative and Human Resources support to the Composites Sacramento business including payroll and benefits support, new hire orientation and on boarding, personnel file/document management, front desk/reception support, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include the following:

*

Support bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP eTime/Enterprise system

*

Act as liaison for divisional location by administering company and Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.

*

Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and company programs such as leave of absence/FMLA process, vacation/sick time requests, etc.

*

Manage front office and reception area including answering phones, greeting guests/visitors/vendors, etc.

*

Maintain personnel files and proper HR related documentation as necessary.

*

Responsible for local on boarding of new hires (new hire orientation, paperwork, I9, etc.)

*

Partner with Director of Operations and Senior HR Manager on initiative planning based on business needs.

*

Assist with the coordination of annual performance reviews and merit planning.

*

Manage employee events such as All Hands meetings, lunches, etc.

*

Assist with Open Enrollment activities including benefits system support, distributing benefits material and answering questions.

*

Support Purchasing activities and PO processing as necessary.

*

Order office supplies as needed.

*

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or SKILL REQUIREMENTS

*

Minimum 5 years in Human Resources and/or an office/administrative support function

*

Associate’s degree in a business related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

*

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

*

Strong PC Skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

*

Experience with ADP HRIS (Enterprise, eTime) systems preferred.

*

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

*

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to give presentations in front of groups as needed.

*

Ability to produce results in a face paced environment.

*

Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.

*

Knowledge of CA Employment Law preferred.
