Field based in the South of England
5-4-4 shift pattern ( 12hr days 7am - 7pm

MST Licenced Aircraft Engineer -Field based ( South of England)
£DOE

Looking for Skilled Aircraft Engineers to travel around the South Of England to provide and perform certification of rapid response Aircraft Maintenance services from Mobile support units and line station facilities.

Main responsibilities

Responsible for Line Scheduled and Unscheduled/AOG service delivery/certification to exceed our client’s expectations while remaining in compliance with Group policies and procedures
Working as part of a small team and individually with responsibility to co-ordinate Line and AOG events to conclusion
Responsible for ensuring that the allocated MST vehicle is always properly provisioned, clean, and ready for service prior to leaving shift
Accountable for Compliance with all procedures detailed within the GAEL Maintenance Organisation Expositions (EASA/CAA)
Accountable for Compliance with all company health and safety policies, procedures and COSHH requirements

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

ICAO Type II Engineer License with at least one aircraft type rating
Completed a recognised apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical Engineering
2 years’ experience in Line/Base certifying staff with experience in AOG support roles, preferably in mobile support
Working knowledge of Aviation regulatory framework
Extensive experience of aircraft maintenance and operations standards and practices
Holds a valid Passport and UK Driving Licence
Flexible and able to travel at short notice
