Job summary

 Our client is an established MRO, expanding its operations in Latin America.

The position of Sales Manager is a brand new post reflecting the company’s ambitious expansion plans for the post-Covid era.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a good understanding of maintenance operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing successful strategies for new business pursuits for the assigned territories.

  • Establishing strong relationships with customers for maintenance services in the region.

  • Developing market intelligence through MRO market analysis and identifying opportunities for the region.  

  • Quality prospecting, negotiating, and profitably closing customers, active listening, consultative selling, and finding solutions.


Requirements

The successful candidate should meet most of the following criteria:

  • BS/BA in any sales or engineering related discipline as well as 5 years’ experience in the field.

  • Previous experience in business to business sales.

  • Experience of, and a good understanding of commercial aviation maintenance.

  • Conversant in matters of aircraft parts, equipment and technicalities of a maintenance organisation.

  • You thrive on the challenges of new business development across different countries

  • Fluency in English, plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
