Job summary

Our client, an established MRO expanding its operations in Latin America is looking for a Director of Sales to join their team.

The main responsibilities of the job include:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the region.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need.
  • To present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
Please apply if you meet most of the below criteria:
  • Successful previous experience as a Director of Sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Having existing relationships with MRO customers in the Latin American market.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Great communication skills in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
