The Customer Service Administrator is responsible and accountable for day to day customer support, providing exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring orders are processed and managed accurately and promptly, effectively dealing with daily administration tasks and liaising with customers and relevant teams.  The post holder will establish and maintain positive relationships and ensure service is compliant with agreed metrics, KPI’s and company standards.

 

Based in the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul team you will thrive in an environment where:

The successful Customer Service Administrator will be a highly organised, confident administrator who possesses effective verbal and written communication skills and able to evidence:

 

  • Experience within a similar customer service role (Aerospace environment is desirable) and working in a small but flexible team.
  • Ability to maintain good communications both written and verbal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent telephone manner with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Effective listening skills and ability to clarify and confirm customer requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and maintain a high standard odf customer service within a constantly changing environment.
  • Accurate data entry and numeracy skills and high attention to detail with proficiency in MS Excel to manipulate data.
