* Acting as a focal point for the customer * Ensuring delivery of the contractual commitment to the customer * Maintaining a high service level and effectively communicating with the customer * Building strong working relationships with customers and internal departments * Performing to KPIs set by the Company * Performing to Objectives set by the Company
* Ensuring Repair Orders are raised (as per KPIs) when required
* Day to day communication with allocated Customers * Addressing and resolving customer queries via telephone and email * Creating and sending Customer Status reports * Responding to repair capability quotation requests via Zendesk * Use of Web Portal and/or customer owned software * Quoting and invoicing repair costs to Customers * Performing to KPI’s or Customer Contract terms * Reviewing the delivery of the operational performance for customers * Participation in the monthly or quarterly performance meeting with the Customer if required * Potential customer visits
* Good communication skills * Good customer service skills * Excellent data entry skills * Good IT skills (Outlook and Excel) * Ability to work under pressure and cope with large volumes of work * Good negotiation skills
