THIS POSITION

KBRwyle is seeking a modeling and simulation engineer to support R&D computational methods for modelling and simulation of aerospace and aeronautical systems.

* The selected candidate will work at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Aerospace Systems Directorate – Wright Patterson AFB, OH .
* The selected candidate will be required to periodically
present research results to AFRL technical staff.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:.

Bachelor Degree in aerospace engineering, computer science/engineering or engineering physics is required.

The selected candidate will have the following technical skills:
Numerical methods experience/coursework, particularly with respect to optimization problems and differential equation solving
Experience/coursework in using statistical methods to build model
Experience writing code to meet memory or speed constrain
Experience/coursework in user interface design

DESIRED SKILLS:

Demonstrated interest in behavior modeling
