The Opportunity

 

Here at Bostonair we have exciting opportunities for highly experienced B1 licensed engineers to work in an MOC/MCC capacity, to support operational delivery for our client in Germany.  

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic and growing organisation, and to showcase your expertise by demonstrating knowledge on a range of aircraft.  You will be the first point of contact to internal customers in resolving issues potentially affecting the operation, and advising the best course of action to ensure the fleet is keep in the air.

 

The ideal candidate will be looking to take the next step in their career, bringing with them a wealth of aviation experience, passion for the industry and the drive to promote continuous improvement processes and initiatives.  In return for a competitive salary and package you will also be a valued member of the line maintenance support team.

 

The successful candidate will be working a shift pattern off 7-on, 7-off (12 hours per shift) including alternating shifts of days, week off, nights, week off.  The role is offered on a long-term, contract basis, for approximately 18 months.

All applicants must hold HF, FTS & EWIS certificates. Candidates must have valid German security clearance before they're able to start work.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Acting as the main point of contact for technical queries and distance troubleshooting

·         Ensure the continued smooth operation of the customers fleet

·         Analysis of technical delays

·         Management of maintenance concessions

·         Management of technical queries to provide timely solutions to technical issues

 

 

 

Minimum Skills and Experience:

 

·         Strong aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in a line maintenance environment

·         B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence on at least one of the following;

o   B757, B767, B777, A306, A330, A300-600

·         Previous Maintenance Control or Technical Support experience is desirable
