The Customer Service Administrator is responsible and accountable for day to day customer support, providing exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring orders are processed and managed accurately and promptly, effectively dealing with daily administration tasks and liaising with customers and relevant teams. The post holder will establish and maintain positive relationships and ensure service is compliant with agreed metrics, KPI’s and company standards.
