Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for two DRO Mechanics - General who will directly support the Depot Repair & Overhaul Program for the production, modification, and repair of Apache AH-64 aircraft components. The program is based in Mesa AZ.

This individual must be able to perform teardown, inspection, build-up and test of assemblies and sub-assemblies on various components associated with the AH-64D/E Longbow Apache. Perform all maintenance and repair tasks within the budgeted hours and scheduled time allotted for completion. Clearly and precisely document all maintenance and repair actions using MES and other Electronic means. Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc. Must be able to work overtime if needed to support customer demands.

• Performs the tasks associated with assembly and disassembly

• Repairs and Inspects parts

• Documents discrepancies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Mesa, AZ

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with the AH64-D/E Longbow Apache.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to read Technical References and Drawings.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 3 months plus related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Formal education a plus)
