First People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician to join a rapidly expanding diagnostics company in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative business who are recruiting multiple technicians to help with the continued success of the company. The position will involve shift work and offer a competitive shift allowance.

Main duties include:

·        Manufacture reagents in line with current SOP’s ensuring GMP compliance.

·        Evaluate and test raw materials, intermediates and final formulations.

·        Ensure in-process materials are available and prepare process buffers and stock solutions to ensure timelines are met.

·        Carry out maintenance and calibrations to ensure efficient running of the laboratory.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a production/manufacturing role ideally within a scientific setting. You will ideally have GMP experience and be degree qualified in a scientific subject.

You must be a good team player however you will also have the ability to work independently.
