About The Job

This job is a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division. The Manager, Access Management team will support the cross-platform team responsible for authentication and federation for all enterprise applications. Additionally, the Manager, Access Management will be working with other vertical teams to provide support for new workloads requiring enterprise authentication/federation services. Access Management team provides development, integration, federation, and support services to the whole enterprise. Technology portfolio includes CA Site minder, Ping federated, and DUO (multi factor authentication platform)

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Create strategy and roadmap for Access Management portfolio

* Prioritize break/fix activities

* Remove roadblocks

* Lead, train, and mentor team members

* Maintain system reliability and availability

* Work closely with other groups within Enterprise Technology Services to adapt best practices

* Develops and maintains processes to ensure agility and high quality of services provided

* Ensure risk compliance for technology components

* Evaluates and forecasts financial/staffing needs to meet the needs and objectives

* Recognizes potential process improvement situations and drives change

* Write financial justifications for improvement and project deliverables

* Work with customers to understand requirements and help provide solutions

* Manage budget and forecasting for the given portfolio

* Ensure disaster recovery plans are reviewed and tested timely

* Conduct team meetings, 1on1s, and performance conversations


Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in Security & Access Management field

* 3+ years of IT leadership experience

* Proven ability to build, cultivate, and promote strong relationships with internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as with IT counterparts, business partners, and external groups.

* Ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, build consensus on challenging issues, and work in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources

* Proficiency in handling operational issues effectively, and understating escalation, communication, and crisis management

* Strong understanding of Agile methodology, as well as ability to lead teams to perform and evolve in a DevOps environment

* Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities

* Proven ability to establish and manage short term tactical goals, as well as, long term strategic objectives

* Understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current environment

* Strong presentation and analytical skills, and possess a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Airline industry experience

* Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust communications based on audience

* Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, and collaboration

* Ability to recruit, develop and lead team

* High-level design knowledge of CA site minder, Ping federated, and DUO
