Manager, Finance (Changi East)
You will play an important role to support the Changi East development project in various Finance functions. You will be involved in the month-end and year-end closing activities, including project accounting, financial reporting, management accounting as well as to liaise with internal and external auditors for audit matters. You will have to work closely with the Changi East project teams in the annual budgeting exercise for the development project and play an active role in project costs control.
You will need to work with internal and external stakeholders on funding related matters. In addition, you will need to review the cashflow forecast for development projects and perform financial assessment on suppliers and contractors. You will also drive process improvement initiatives as well as finance related system implementation and enhancements. Lastly, you will ensure compliance to finance policies, procedures and processes as well as to support the project team on finance related matters and endeavour to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external business users.
Good degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
5 years of relevant working experience will be advantageous.
Good computer knowledge, well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, hand-on experience in using SAP will be an added advantage.

This is a 3-year fixed-term contract position
