Key Requirement for the Position Effective management of outsourced call centre with emphasis on service, sales and efficient resource deployment.
Job Description 1. Effective management of outsourced business process with adequate oversight, audit and SLA managment of service provider.
2. Thorough knowledge of Goair's products, services and IROP policies.
3. Monitors call quality by listening to atleast 10 calls per shift.
4. Obtains & provides MIS for the call centre for a better understanding & performance management.
