As part of the People Team in Changi Airport Group (CAG) you have the opportunity to contribute to the business as one of the team members in the People Rewards section, this role is suitable for an individual with existing experience in rewards and compensation/ performance and incentive management.



The key responsibilities for this role include:




Involve in the design, implementation and management of executive compensation and incentive plans and administration of incentive payouts
In charge of process for target setting and results reporting for scorecards
Provide secretariat support for Remuneration Committee
Assist in the implementation of systems relating to Performance Management and Incentive Plans
Provide support in other rewards projects/ reviews as necessary such as budget exercises, periodic performance management exercises and review and implementation of performance and incentive management policies and programs


Requirements




Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business/ HRM related Discipline
At least 4 years of relevant experience in compensation/ performance and incentive management
Highly analytical, organised, with strong attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional Qualification or Strong Knowledge of Finance/ Accounting is a strong advantage
Proficient with MS Office Applications
