Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Department: Facilities & Maintenance
Reports To: Facilities Supervisor
This job description is intended to serve as general guidelines for day to day responsibilities. CHI is a growing company and all employees are required to perform duties outside of their job description from time to time. The extra duties will not be defined, but the goal is for all CHI employees to pitch in and help other departments when help is needed for whatever reason.
Repairs and maintains facility and equipment to proper operating requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs necessary maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery including scheduled Preventive Maintenance on autoclaves, presses, ovens air compressors, vacuum pumps, cooling systems and CNC machines.
Maintains facilities - performing repairs and upgrades to plumbing, electrical, hydraulic and other systems/equipment to support a safe working environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Documented experience in equipment service, repair and installation with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and plumbing systems, Related technical education/training preferred.
