In order to support our Blades Team in Wetzikon ZH we are looking for an experienced
Lead Engineer Blades

Technical responsibility for assigned development tasks for the main and tail rotor blades
Coordination of rotor blade design and certification activities with other departments and stakeholder
Project planning and support in ensuring development is delivered in time
Prepare and review technical documentation for product development and certification
Prepare justification reports for non-conformances and elaborate repair solutions
Liaise with production and external suppliers on a technical level
A MSc/ MEng degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aeronautical sector is requested (preferably in rotor blade development)
Professional experience with 3D CAD modelling and structural analysis of composite structures is an advantage
Proven knowledge of certification processes for critical composite structures
Experience with coordination of development projects
Knowledge of EASA Part 21 J&G and CS27 is an advantage
Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
Excellent team player skills, self-driven attitude and the ability to work to fixed deadlines with a flair for coordination
