The Boeing
Company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Systems and Data Analyst to
join our Systems Application Support team in Bellevue, WA.

This candidate
will provide application and end-user support for DCAC/PDM/Configurator/CPS/E-Config/IBEX
Suite of Applications. They will include 2CES applications in future as well.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

* Analyze/troubleshoot
problem tickets and work directly with engineering, planning and factory floor
personnel to resolve issues/problems and on call support
* Participate
in system updates and changes to applications and databases
* Liaison
& work with CAPP/MES/BIDS/BRIDGE support personnel in resolving
multi-dimensional issues
* Research
and analyze system requests, document reoccurring systems issues to assist in
solving issues similar issues in the future
* Assists
customers to clarify basic requirements & act as a liaison for status and
metrics
* Be
open to learn new software processes for accreditation
* Willing
to provide off hours support on a rotational basis – this involves critical AOG
or Software Deployment issues
* Assists
in the development and execution of moderately complex tests to validate system
functionality against specifications

Qualifications

Typical
Education/Experience:

Technical
bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a
Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A
technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a
mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Required
Skills/Qualifications:

* This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US
Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

* 1+ years of experience supporting end users in a customer service
role
* 1+ years of experience in a Unix environment

Preferred
Skills/Qualifications:

* Experience
working with product lifecycle systems including but not limited to the Boeing
Production Systems - Product lifecycle systems include Product Data Manger
(PDM)/Teamcenter, BCA Define and Control Airplane Configuration (DCAC) /
Manufacturing Resource Management (MRM) Velocity, and/or Enterprise Resource
Planner LN (ERP LN)
* Experience
with any of the following programming languages: C++, SQL, Shell Script, Perl
* Experience
with any of the following database Systems: SQL server, Oracle
* Experience
with SQL Server Management Studio / SQL Developer, MS Visual Studio
* Experience
with ORACLE sqlplus
