IT Product Systems is seeking a mid-level IT programmer / analyst to join their team in Seal Beach, CA. The primary focus of this agile team is to support web-based applications in the Customer Support organization.

Responsibilities include:

*

Design, code, test, debug and document applications and related programs

*

Evaluate submitted requests against existing architectures and Information Technology (IT) strategies

*

Consults and coaches others in IT techniques and best practices

*

Consults on and resolves complex application, design and user issues

*

Assists team members with problem identification and resolution

*

Willing to Work Off-hours production support issues when needed

*

Self Starter, Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work with minimal supervision

*

Coordination with teams in different time zones (India)

Qualifications

Typical Education:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Required Qualifications:

* This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

1+ years of experience working with complex web applications

*

3+ years of experience with Javascript

*

3+ years of experience programming in Java

*

Experience providing architecture (including business, application, integration, security, or infrastructure architecture) support to a project or domain that consists of multiple applications and/or technologies?

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge of the Customer Support business at Boeing

*

Experience with cloud architecture, web services

*

Experience with various project methodologies (Scrum/Agile)

*

Experience supporting applications hosted on Linux

*

Experience with the following frameworks: Angular 2.x, npm, node.js, uglify, Java Spring, hibernate ORM, SQL

*

Experience with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Tomcat, Apache, Linux, Windows Server

*

Experience with the following web technologies: HTML, Bootstrap, & CSS

*

Automated testing - especially JUnit, Protractor

*

Knowledge and/or experience with Digital Transformation Environment (DTE), DevOps and Agile SW development best practices
