Description

Mentored by the Manager, Direct Sales, the intern will support the sales and business development activities of the IATA Training Institute in Europe, Russia and CIS countries.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager, Direct Sales in prospective customers follow up
Help product managers in preparing customer proposals.
Attend client and partnership calls where required
Support the Manager, Direct Sales managing sales accounts and working on sales pitches.
Assist in preparing new campaign strategies’ including trade shows, email, and outbound calling.
Communicate with Aviation Solution Managers and report regarding strategies as set out by manager.
Assist the Manager with the CRM platform updates and sales reporting.
Provide support to European Sales Team and in particular to Manager Direct Sales.
Search for new market possibilities and expand the Market value propositions.
Other ad hoc duties and learning opportunities as available and required.

Qualifications and Skills

Recent graduate or current student of Business, Marketing, or a related field
Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, with good communication and business acumen skills
Excellent command of English; other European languages would be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
