Reporting to the Manager, Events, the position will provide support to event management and manage the administration and logistics of events (such as the Aviation Data Symposium, the World Passenger Symposium and the World Financial Symposium).
Responsible for the maintenance of the websites related to the Events in scope;
Responsible for mobile application, online agenda and speaker databases;
Creation of promotional digital flyers;
Creation of reports/statistics related to the events;
Provide support to the team as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Recent University graduate (within 1 year of graduation) in a related field:
Ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Advanced IT knowledge (ideally Creative Suite) and experience in web management;
High-organizational skills and ability to deal with detailed administrative tasks;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc);
Ability to think outside of the box;
Positive mindset and problem-solving attitude;
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
Easy to adapt to workload and projects' needs;
Pro-active and result-oriented;
Excellent English writing skills.
