Mentored by the Manager, Banking Mangement and working closely with a highly diversified and inclusive team, Intern, Banking Management will be assist and support the Banking department in collecting and preparing suporting documentation.
The incumbent will have the opportunity to learn about banking processes for different regions.
Responsible for supporting the Banking Management team, GDC, in the documentation and execution of the Banking Management processes according to the Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Update Banking Management Databases in terms of IATA bank account details, bank contact details, signatories, electronic banking and documentation/ agreements;
Responsible for collecting and preparing supporting documents for various banking processes in the region (new bank accounts, signatories update etc.);
Provide banking management support to other departments (Quality, Remittance and Settlement, Finance, Agency Management, Customer Service and etc.);
Qualifications and Skills
University graduate in any field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related field;
Attention to detail with strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Be an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
Excellent IT skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and SharePoint
Proficient in English;
Knowledge of any other regional language would be an asset.
