As an Industrial Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems you will be a part of a team that is driving operational excellence and lean transformation. This role will support projects relating to productivity improvements, capacity analysis, variation analysis, lean transformation, strategy development, and overall operating cost reductions.
Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and improving the cells/sites to increase or maintain output levels which align with customer demand. Developing and coaching lean and continuous improvement principles are at the core of this role so that business objectives are not only achieved, but more important sustained.Success for this role means level loaded value streams, improved cycle times, reduced lead times, improved productivity, and reduced operating costs. * General Data Analytics and Database knowledge
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
