IFEC Senior Field Service Representative required for an initial 1 year contract in the UAE (extendable by follow-on periods of 12 months). Individual must have high-level Airline Customer contact experience, plus exposure to performance oversight / trends / troubleshoot etc. within the IFE and Connectivity industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customers' satisfaction and in charge of performing customer service management activities for IFEC/Cabin Products and Services.
Pay - negotiable, including Salary/Accommodation and Local Transport allowance.
3-8 years experience within an Aircraft Manufacturer OR Technical Support Organization, Avionics equipment manufacturer or an Airline Maintenance / Engineering organisation. Min. 3 years of Customer Service experience or experience as a Field Support Representative.
Proven experience in multi-country, multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural organizations or projects.
Fluency in English (spoken and written), Analytic skills: ability to build and structure an analysis, manage trending, detect patterns; strong communicator and able to work with remote teams.
Competent in Microsoft Office products, Excel advanced proficiency, messaging, on-line purchasing, web-conferencing systems.
